Message frequency: varies. Typically 1 to 4 messages per month per patient.

Carrier charges: Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of treatment. Declining SMS consent does not affect your ability to receive care.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers or SMS consent records to any third party for marketing purposes.
  • We do not send promotional, marketing, or solicitation messages.
  • We do not contact patients via SMS without prior written consent.
